It’s a little weird to think that my stupid site has any sort of impact on anything. But, as I mentioned, this little experiment has the god-like ability to alter reality. Or, perhaps if not reality, at least I can change what happens when you search for something on Google. To whit, I’m the second hit when you search for “Jamie Umber”. Knowing what I know of the PageRank system (which is what Google uses to rank hits), if I linked this post to the previous post (which I just did), it might very well climb to number one.

And, of course, “Goat eats prize orchids” now finally has a home in cyberspace. Now, I wonder what would happen if I just typed a sentence like, oh, I don’t know…something like:

“Noah Krietzman mentioned that while he didn’t want to oppose Uncle Sam, he still disagreed with Alan Greenspan and felt that with Chris Paul leaving for the the NBA, the Jury is out on Georgia Tech, and that despite superstar Rudy Gay, the UConn men were overrated, and it would be the opposite sex that would be cutting down the nets for the Huskies in March.”

I believe General Chang said it best: “Cry havoc, and let slip the dogs of war!
